It's the one that only scouts and assassins seem to have (though apparently cyclops too in the expansion).
It states:
"Shooter always inflicts only half the normal damage to the target but doesn't incur any penalty on melee attack."
I understood it to mean, that half damage is dealt always, even at low range. Yet I definitely get the full arrow and deal twice as much damage when the creatures come near. Am I missing something?
EDIT: Never mind, I found it. They deal 1/2 damage at close range and 1/4 damage at long range. Mellee is normal damage.
