In celebration of the launch of Hard West 2 on GOG we'd like to thank you all for your support. In addition to the 10% off Launch Week Discount, we want to share the Special Deadman's Gun with all owners of the original Hard West. This gun is a masterfully crafted Remington six-shooter of unknown origin, imbued with the restless spirit of a daredevil who once roamed the Hard West. Just a heads up devs - I paid for your game a few minutes after release, and as of 30 mins ago still couldn't download it - 404 page not found using Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Worse yet GOG has no personal support, instead takes you to a BS bot chat system with prefilled responses.

Sorry, but I had to request a refund. This kind of stuff shouldn't happen anymore, and the crap 'support' system they use is just a slap in the face to your potential customers.

I tried that support system a few days ago. TOTAL CRAP. Gog is going down. It's a shame. A lot of companies are using this crap. instead of paying someone a wage.

One can still submit a ticket to a human, including via the bot's system. It's a disappointing issue that should be fixed, but these responses don't seem proportionate.

Oh no! Thanks for letting us know. We're in contact with GOG to try to find out what the issue is. Thanks for the patience and we're working to find out more to share soon.

Just to note that the offline installers also won't download through GoG Galaxy. I don't know if the direct install from Galaxy works, but I won't check that one out.

I won't ask for a refund because the alternative is buying from even crappier stores (like Steam), but damn, I'm sad about this...

But not as digital extras alongside the base game, like it's the case with the original Hard West (Collector's Pack resp. Collector's Edition)?

Thanks for the heads up on the double vinyl, which I just noticed actually includes both Marcin Przybyłowicz's as well as Jason Graves' original soundtracks, nice.
