My suggestion is to Practice Practice Practice, And if you feel like you've gotten the combos down... Keep practicing those.

Example: Say you play Ky; A good opener is 236S Into a Dash towards your opponent(66) with a 2S. And from there, you could go into a 623HS and combo from there with another HS.

As for fighting I-No, the best way is to avoid Megalomania(the big orb attack) Now remember, She can Roman cancel out of it into another one, and with her Infinite Drive... it's no issue to her. There are 3 Different versions, The Angled one, the Wave and the Giant attack. For the angled attack, Just move away from her and duck if you feel like it. The wave is a little more tricky with having to move back with it, just go with the flow on it. For the giant version, Go right up to her, and as soon as you feel the attack is about to go off, jump.

Remember, Guarding Megalomania doesn't work because it WILL break your guard, and you do not enough Perfect guard to block it.

And in case you were wondering... You cannot use it as I-No, only EX I-No in Guilty Gear XX Accent Core + Can use it. For #reload, it's a boss exclusive mode.

Also for whomever actually reads through this, as a challenge, if you beat the entire Arcade mode without Losing a set(So no game overs) You get to fight Boss Sol... who puts boss I-No to shame.

GlHf.
I-No isn't that hard after you figure out how to avoid Megalomania... Though, it still took few tries after I figured it out -_-;
I beat her :D

You can always try to use Instant Kill on her... even here sometimes do stupid moves and pops open to IK.
I guess the problem for most people facing I-NO the first time are the unreasonably strong note attacks (yeah, I know that's not how it's called). Most of them can easily be avoided by ducking or standing still. Patience is the key to victory here. Like most modern fighting game bosses she suffers from the SNK-Boss-Syndrome, which results in punishing you for everything offensive you try by unloading a sh**ton of stuff on you and almostr draining all your energy. Other offenders in this category outside of SNK games would be as mentioned before: I-NO, Seth of SF IV fame and almost every Mortal Kombat Boss ever created.
