Psychonauts
I recently bought psychonauts never knew it was a fun game and the characters are ver good voice acted and have great dialoge.
RIght now, going in terms of how much enjoyment I've gotten out of the games so far, it's something like:

1. Psychonauts
2. Magic Carpet
3. The Witcher
4. Rayman 2
5. Giants: Citizen Kabuto

To be fair, I have a massive, absolutely massive backlog, though, and I haven't really gone through some of the games that have been said to be real winners just yet.

EDIT: Nevermind.

EDIT: Forgot about Psychonauts and The Witcher...

Theme Hospital
Desperados: Wanted Dead or alive
Pharaoh + Cleo
Longest Jouyney
Ultima Underworld 1+2

(random order)
1, Tyrian
2. Postal
3. Postal 2
4. Earthworm Jim
5. Megarace

Of course, I haven't played the Postal series before, but I am interested in it.
1. Beneath a Steel Sky
2. Fallout
3. Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus
4. Tyrian
5. Cryostasis
I'm probably the only person that will say this, but I love Phantasmagoria 2: A Puzzle of the Flesh. I know I'm not supposed to like it as much as I do, but I really really had fun with it. It reminded me of the late night horror shows I used to watch when I was younger and stayed up past my bedtime to secretly view in the basement.

And it's not the best game on GOG, but I've certainly played it more than most: Pro Pinball Big Race USA. It's a great pinball table. Yes, just one table. But it's perfect for when you just want a quick game for a few minutes.

I'll also add some more expected titles:

The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings
Gabriel Knight 2: The Beast Within
Legend of Grimrock
1. Deus Ex
2. Realms of the Haunting
3. Psychonauts
4. Planescape: Torment
5. Machinarium

I love good storytelling, no matter the genre.
In no particular order:

Dungeon Keeper 2
Rayman Forever
Theme Hospital
Heroes of Might & Magic 3
Little Big Adventure 2

(5 games is not enough :p)
Planescape: Torment
Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers
Little Big Adventure 2
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
Magic Carpet

Possibly.
In no particular order:

-Thief 2
-Arcanum
-Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri
-Tex Murphy: The Pandora Directive
-Psychonauts

I have pretty much all of the mega-classic cRPGs such as Fallout, PS:T and BG (though not all on GOG), but I haven't played them yet since I'm doing Arcanum, so I can't comment on those. My GOG library is fairly small though, don't have a lot of the games people are mentioning here.

I am disappointed by the lack of Thief love here.

you are not the only person. i liked it too, even better then part 1. the first part was just too much argueing between a couple, there was no sympathy.
in part 2 it felt you could relate more to the character, dunno why some say it i's a bad game.
I'm glad you made this thread! I was going to make a Top 5/Bottom 5 thread at some point, but never got around. :-)

In somewhat of an order:

1. Rayman 2
2. Postal 2 (gruesome, but a certain charm w/ an open world)
3. Serious Sam 2nd Encounter
4. Duke Nukem Manhattan Project
5. Beyond Good and Evil
Upper items: Far Cry, Unreal Gold, Beneath a Steel Sky

Bottoms:
Prince of Persia - couldn't figure out the combat (I'm probably too twitchy)
Teen Agent - cute idea, but as with many adventure games, absurd logic w/ the puzzles
