So this came out just recently on steam early access. Any experiences?

Your necromancy has reached a new level.
Oh, it still exists?
Played it till late in the night last night, having a lot of fun with it. Had a few 'out of the fog' shots that scared the bejeezus out of me, mouse pointer flying across the screen and everything.
Uhm, got a question guys, what's the legal status of giving/selling/bartering the extra[?] steam key?

I assume the same as always. If you have 1 license that comes on different platforms (aka drm-free, steam and/or desura), it's one license. You either keep it all or nothing.
If it's more than one license (aka 2 steam keys), feel free to do with the second what you wish.

I was thinking about it in a way i've seen with humble bundles, where people keep their drm free copies and give away steam keys.

No. Please don't. In humble bundle you have 1 license, and if you keep the drm-free copy yourself while giving the steam key to someone else, you are creating a second license out of thin air. While I don't have a problem giving the steam key if I already have it on steam, it is still a bad habit, and one that HB asks us not to do.
Xenonauts gives you 1 license, and allows you to choose which platform to use. But it's still one license.

I can certainly understand that, while i don't trade these keys, i was thinking about the legal posibilities of such trades. I've just noticed HB specifies tha these keys are for personal use, though i don't know how much weight that has. I'll have to find the part about the licences in some TOS though. Thanks for the information;)
Confusion between legal and moral here I guess. No one is going to go after you for sharing/trading/selling those keys legally. It's just pretty crappy behaviour, that's all. You're basically multiplying the amount of copies you have and handing them out/selling them, even though you really only bought one license.

Exactly, that's why i asked, i wasn't sure if they are 'one licence' or 'extras', not every store mentions that clearly [but i guess it's burried somewhere in the TOS]. Thanks for the input!:)
Does anyone know if the Mind control ability going to be like the old X-COM where the enemy or you can control at anypoint of the map or its line of sight?
So I've been on the beta for a few days and have noticed that the game really enjoys crashing when trying to change the equipment of my troops.

Does anyone else have this problem? It's kind of infuriating to have to load the game up four separate times just to change the grenade loadout of a single soldier.
Yep. It's like the original X-COM. Surprise!
