It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

HypersomniacLive: Are you by any chance using the HTTPS Everywhere add-on with the GOG Ruleset?
If yes, the checkboxes are unclickable when you connect to (https://) secure.gog.com/promo/name_of_promo.

You have to disable the add-on on GOG or temporarily remove the Ruleset.
That way you'll be able to connect to (http://) www.gog.com/promo/name_of_promo - and then the checkboxes will work properly.

If you don't use the add-on on GOG, I have no idea why the checkboxes don't work for you.

EDIT: fixed tags
I don't actually use the ruleset, I just manually edit the urls to fix them. Redirecting ssl-using users to non-ssl pages while still exposing their session is one of the worst parts of gog's website.

(To be clear, this means
1 - rightclick-copy link
2 - paste link
3 - edit link
4 - go )

Totally agree, GOG need to fix their code so HTTPS actually works instead of being broken half the time.

Yeah, it's really shameful and part of the reason I don't think GOG is ready to play with the big ecommerce boys yet. There's a wishlist item for it that's gotten 700 votes so far: https://secure.gog.com/wishlist/site/https_browsing_of_the_whole_site
Well, I've contacted support about this and was told that "they can't reproduce the problem", to clear my cache and lastly to try a different browser - I suspect that the support rep doesn't actually understand what the problem is.

I'm about to reply back and am going to link to this thread, just in case.
Another checkbox mystery: http://www.gog.com/forum has a checkbox for General, but General still appears on the page without its being checked. (Just an interface quirk, I expect.)
