loads of home built pc's after that...
Apple ][c or ][+, I think. Don't think it was a ][e
My first computer was a C64 but im not sure ,is the c64 a computer ? :p :))
My Dad was an accountant at IBM, so one day he brought home an IBM XT. Lotus 1-2-3 was what pushed us to getting a computer.

I remember CGA graphics, 5.25" floppy drives, and one day upgrading the memory to 512 KB! I don't remember how big the harddrive was, maybe 10 MB.

Then we upgraded to a PS/2 Model 40, 386SX 20 MHz machine with 4MB ram, 80MB harddrive. SVGA 640x400 graphics were now possible! We even bought a math co-processor (387SX) for it!

If it was white and had a built in floppy drive it was a //c. The Apple ][+ was a beige wedge with a brown keyboard and no Apple keys (best computer Apple ever made).

I wonder if anyone out there is anal enough to insist on calling it the 'Apple close square bracket, open square bracket, plus'!

Only people who cared about buying software that was compatible with their computer. That's how you determined what firmware your Apple was running.

just an Atari 2600 lol :)))
Commodore 64 for me. Before that I had a Pong clone, but that's not really a computer.
After that a C=128 and then onto Amigas.

I still keep them all around. Including some of the new Amiga models (OS4 and MorphOS).

Later on I went back and bought some others, so I now have an MSX and an Atari 1040STE as well.
