Ghorpm: Sooo... I feel I've just added 3 Gigabytes... I just hope it's an external drive and can be safely removed tomorrow morning ;)
You must be running low on space now... :-( Just make sure windows will have enough room to boot tomorrow morning aye?

You know what? I wanted to say something that indeed I'm running low on space but fortunately I'm not overloaded and therefore there is no danger of a memory leak but decided that this metaphor would be tasteless. Oh wait. I did it nevertheless, right? Shame on me ;)

tburger: But I have another candidate for 500th release and it is PERFECT.:

Z
I somehow missed that part of your post and I just have to shove my oar in. In general I have to agree that it would be a PERFECT release but there is not a chance I would ever buy/play it ever again! The game still holds a strong position in my TOP 5 most frustrating games. Do you remember it? Just a few more seconds and you should have a brand new tank. So excited. So proud. So self-assured. And then HE comes out of nowhere. He shouldn't even be there. And captures YOUR factory. No. No. No. It's not true. That's impossible. Nooooooooooooooooooo!

But I also have to admit that despite being frustrating the game was really rewarding. The problem is that I considered myself to be a RTS-God back in those days. I always play on the hardest possible settings and was successful. Now I'm a RTS-wuss because my game preference shifted (I don't enjoy RTS games that much anymore) and I don't have enough time to practice and replay some missions over and over again until I master it. Conclusion: I will not touch Z. Ever. Again. And that's final ;)
Yeah, Z is very unique, and has a lot of good natured humour. I had never finished it, but I do like the game. Enough to still own the White Label release.

The Bitmap Brothers have also released an expansion, which was at the time quite rare. I do not know if it's still difficult to get.
So, booby traps. Booby. Traps. As Enigmatic T puts it.

BT. Bard's Tale, then?
I was thinking Leisure Suit Larry or something similar with the emphasis on
Booby
;)

Of course not ;) I would buy it without a second thought, I lost my retailed version long ago

That would mean TeT read the forum very closely and did an insider joke. I'm in, for me it's also Bard's Tale.

I hope it's not Bard's Tale, they said it would be something special. I don't see anything special about a game you can buy elsewhere, sometimes for less.
Heh, I'd like that. I kinda doubt it, but that'd be awesome.
