Bloodygoodgames: ADD - Plus, I get these kinds of comments about my website all the time -- "It would be better if you added this", "Don't include that", "You should have added a podcast". Here's a thought.........START YOUR OWN WEBSITE :) You can never please everyone, and the people who try are destined to failure.
I just suggested a podcast feature, as another addition to GOG. I wasn't demanding anything....
Nice. I'm looking forward to your next installment.

Padcast would indeed be a nice feature, good idea +1. This site keeps getting better and better!

I like it. I can't wait to see more next week.
I liked the video.
I liked the video itself, but as someone else said I don't see much of a point. The information I got from it was something I could've looked up in seconds on the front page.

I think the "weekly video" idea itself is great, I'd appreciate another sort of content though, something that really raises my interest as a gamer and GOG fan. Someone wrote something about answering questions from the community, I'd like to see short opinions of the GOG staff about the games or something, trivia about the games, weird stories from your office etc..

Before someone trolls me: I know, that kind of stuff is a lot of work, probably way too big, but just sayin' what would make me really want to watch it every week.
Hi GOG Team,

Here is a little summarize of the wishlist from what I saw in the previews posts here:

- Q/A of Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and Forum posts (A summarize / FAQ if you wish)

- Podcast (with gamedevs/producer/publisher in general and Kickstarter project owners who want to sell their game at GOG and how they think about DRM free)

- Video Update: it would be more interesting if the video would be about upcoming deals of the week (Shortly before you put the deals on your site).
I would suggest one thing here if you make this video about upcoming deals. If you have something special or good to offer make a note that there wiil be also a surprise deal you don't talk about yet , so we have to check in to see ;)

- Make from time to time extra videos about site updates, improvements, requests (games/site) solved and maybe there some story to tell about your journey to get the rights and the things done for the good old games you offer here.

Otherwise I liked the way the video was presenting.
I would do a minor thing differently though. I would prefer to see a short list of all the new games or deals you offer, in the first few seconds (You could present the list like you did the overview of Puddle in 1:12 Min in the video).
And then you can pick a selection of them you want to talk about, like you did in this video.

With all the great new games and stuff you put on this site, don't forget to put more good old games on this site, this is what we are looking for here in special.
I like it. It gives a nice introduction on what to expect from the games in a hassle free way.
WTG GOG! :)
BTW you could do a poll/survey of the suggestions. At least the ones you see possible to realise by you!

Don't ask me why, I read "WTF GOG" and interpreted it as "Way to fuck, GOG!". My brain is weird.
I liked it. It's a nice recap of GOG news, even though I still check GOG daily.
Sure you can gleam 'this week on GOG' more quickly by looking at the front page, but what I like about this 'motion picture' thingy is that you can also see the gameplay in action. Most often screenshots alone cannot capture the beauty (or the ugly) of the game in motion.

^agreed, this^
TWOG could end up as a way to generate more PR babble without offering any more of the actual content... It's like those PS Blog Friday recaps, that tell the readers that the staff went home until Monday by repeating the headlines of the previous days.
Really liking this idea my self looking forward to next Friday already ;)
Protip, GOG: Get Mike Pondsmith in to do narration and watch your revenue rise by leaps and bonds.
