Grargar: If any of your non-Nordic games are missing, contact support to reinstate them back.
I think they are all back now (except Nordic), but to exactly know that I have to go over dozens of order confirmations from GOG first ... *sigh*

Still, thanks for the advice, of course.

Cavenagh: Thanks for the info, btw you had a red oblong icoon to the left of your username, now it's gone. I wonder what that was?
That's an indication that you clicked on a link corresponding to a post. You can find the link corresponding to a post on the upper part of it (it's a chain icon). Click on your post for example and you'll see the icon near your username, as well.

Grargar: And the games have been removed again. Will edit the GOGWiki later to reflect the changes.

ATTENTION!

You may have noticed that the GOG games you have purchased are currently missing from your account. Do not panic, as this is a typical GOG bug that happens every time a game is removed from the GOG catalog. It shouldn't take the GOG team more than a day till the games return to your account. Till then, do not perform an account refresh in hopes of getting the games faster, as the function is currently bugged. I repeat; do not perform an account refresh!
I try to look at the bright side of things - with 30 games removed from my shelf, it loads a tad faster, and I can actually open it and scroll through my other games. ;-P
Bye again to Nordic. I see they have left The Raven and The Book of Unwritten Tales behind. In case they come back again at some point, I hope they'll bring new games this time.
i got most of my purchased games back, except for dark fall 2: lights out, which is still missing...
'Waves' hope to see you soon:)

Yeah, the same for me as well. The only one still missing is Dark Fall 2.
As per the usual procedure:

"Oh no! Did I missed the sale?"

IronArcturus: Was it ever explained why the Nordic games could only return briefly? If they weren't permanently gone the last time the 30+ games were removed, then why have the games temporarily come back?
In general I doubt companies will get into that level of detail about their inner business dealings, however Nordic did state before that the games were being removed from GOG only because they were not able to meet GOG's new pricing policies due to legal agreements they had in place with other distributors roughly. In other words, if you make an agreement with a distributor to not give different pricing policies to another distributor, and one of your other distributors (GOG) requires you to give different pricing, then the two are incompatible and to meet your legally binding contract with the other distributor(s), you don't have much choice but to remove your games from the distributor requiring pricing changes (GOG). That's my loose understanding of it based on what has been said both by Nordic and GOG in the forums here.

Now, one might say "what has changed now then?". Absolutely zero of us know the detailed facts so none of us can answer that ultimately. There are only a couple of logical legal explanations I can think of, and that is that the legal agreements in place with say Steam and other distributors do not impose as tight pricing limitations during temporary sales promotions at other distributors perhaps, and such a loophole would then allow Nordic to hold promotions here on GOG but possibly not allow them to sell the games normally here with GOG's current regular pricing model. Another possibility is that GOG loosened their own policies for Nordic specifically to be able to have the games offered during the promo. One way or another the two companies had to come up with some form of legal agreement that was mutually beneficial and simultaneously did not conflict with any other legal agreements in place with other distributors and they managed to do that for a 4 day promo window.

A lot of people are making this out to be some kind of evil or whatever, but I don't really see GOG nor Nordic as evil, however they are bound by the legal agreements they sign with various other companies and this means that sometimes they may have no choice but to do things like pull games from the catalogue when legal agreements can't be reached without violating other contracts that are in place.

I dunno about everyone else, but just one time on the Internet when the masses of people don't get their way, it'd be amazing if they all collectively assumed that it wasn't due to evil or some form of oppression/repression. ;o) I suppose if that actually happened though, it wouldn't be the Internet anymore would it? It'd be like having a whole day where all comments on all youtube videos were polite, positive and encouraging. Yeah right.... :)

This is exactly where I am. Dark Fall 2 is missing... AND THAT DAMNED BLANK SPOT IS BACK.

And this is why I keep saying GOG coders are overworked, terrible, or both. Hidden knock-on effects like this shouldn't happen with a properly designed and maintained website. Smells like quick code reuse and poor planning.

Probably just a question of time for GOG to solve the bug. In case you fear to "lose" a game in your library and forget you own it, do like me and note them on a piece of paper, then compare it to your current list (just a tip to avoid being paranoid like "Hey, They stole me a game !").
