Not that there isn't a precedent for a late release, I think Hotline Miami came out about this time of the day when it was released.

I was kinda hoping to see this show up here today myself. I'm a huge beat-em up fan.

pretty much nothing at all, if you are not in super hurry to buy the game. If youre going to buy the game on release date anyways, preordering might or might not give you some "goodies". Personally i buy games from steep discount or bundles as thanks to my century long gog/steam backlog, i have no hurry whatsoever.

Hmm...tech support was rather surprised also......but my other friend noticed it turn up in their library that afternoon as well.

As for issues recorded in the Foul Play forum...while the problem was going on that forum was not accessible. There's a thread in Steam's general forums by a few buyers who had the same problem with both Foul Play not showing in their library and the forum not loading.
