I greatly appreciate the help everyone has provided in this thread.
At this point, I'm going to start looking elsewhere to see if I can find some equally good deals and go through with my purchase wherever that may be rather than here at GOG. The lack of a response from support has been the last straw for me.

I have always gotten a respond in around 24 hours from my email, and am very happy for my this service, did you try using paypal with the card and not adding funds to your paypal the way you tried?
