the_atm: Reading the e-mails from FUN literaly reminds me of Junior high school yard bullies. "If you don't give me your lunch money I'll punch you in the face, but if you tell the teacher I'll say your lying!" Like really? Grow up Fun Creators...
But Youtube are just like the teachers at school. They are just there to get their money and will always side with the path of least resistance.
When you are beaten up by the class bully it is "character building". When you knock out his teeth you are suspended. Path of least resistance, we have no voice, but when it affects the corporational "right" to produce very little of note and charge peoples soles ... even less.

I really think that fair-use, copyright and in general freedom of speech should all be looked at and be readdressed to actually favour the individual rights of humans over the opinion of Disn*y et al.

(Yes I know it is spelt wrong, I just do not want be sued with all the mouse shit flying about these days).

the_atm: I have no doubt that TB will win this dispute, FUN will look like idiots and this whole thing will blow over but people are getting angry at TB for making a big fuss about this (and Day One Garry's Incident) but it proves a point that we need to update our standings on critique and the laws surrounding it.
I do believe that TB making fuss about this is a very calculated move for him to have some grounds to protect himself against his channel getting taken down. There's only so many of these takedown... Things you can get before a channel gets cancelled - if that happens to TB, he will now have a massive backing not only from his community.

P1na: This. is. FUN.
No, you mean !!FUN!!.

Its so FUN that its burst into flame.
I followed this sad story yesterday, and two things came to my mind :
- Is FUNfactor a studio composed exclusively of twelve years old ? Hollow intimidation, complete lack of knowledge of what is at stake, blatant lack of common sense, bad grammar ....
- As the thread shows, it's the second time this kind of matter happened to TB, and there is ground to suspect this will happen more and more frequently (because of the free publicity on a prolonged period, because more and more mobile developpers begin begin to port towards the pc ...). The whole youtube policy allowing bad things happening to him because he did the right thing .... is really shameful.
For those worrying about TB getting too many copyright claims and shutting down the channel, the Garry's Incident claim got fully removed. I can't imagine this one won't either.

As he said during the garry's incident err... incident, his channel is protected by Polaris, his channel can't be taken down because he should have been taken down by now due to Nintendo getting him twice for their movement against him 2 years ago as well as Garries incident, that's 3 and he's not down yet.

But he has said in numerous videos that Polaris protects him from such things.

Nintendo wasn't a copyright strike, it was a content ID match; entirely different.

Keep your bloody distance!
This game is on a VERY SHORT list of mine, a list of NEVER BUY, It was recently included in a pay what you want bundle for $1 for the entire bundle I refused to get the bundle because I was not about the give the creators of this game a red cent.

Narakir: "Our company is bigger than your youtube channel. We are not afraid of you. Remove all your tweets and delete your channel".

Priceless.
Not much different from "All Your Base Are Belong To Us".
It looked like an intriguing game, but I think it was just released earlier than it should have been. Must have been some pressing stuff for the dev to do that :\
