Prator: They left out Anna (Planescape: Torment), Tali (Mass Effect), every girl who's ever been drawn in an animesque style (author doesn't play JRPGS or dating sims, I guess), Zelda (Legend of Zelda series), transformed Midna (LoZ: Twilight Princess), Valerie Constantine (Far Cry), and probably a few others that aren't coming to me right now. This top ten list really doesn't represent me at all.
EDIT: I remembered a good one: Mona Sax (Max Payne). Where's my Mona?
+1 for Anna! She's such a hot kitty, she actually grew a tail! I agree with Morte, though. She probably couldn't sell herself:)

phanboy4: Bioware kinda lost me on Miranda when they had her sashay across the screen in the opening sequence in a latex bodysuit.
I was like, "Oh, she's the sex object, I get it now".
Also how every reverse angle on her seemed to be focussed on her arse with shepard a blurry indistinct blob in the distance
