As for something that comes in four: There is a beautiful Vixen (lady fox) that visits us sometimes and she has three cute pups. So the four of them are often out playing in the field or copying what the other foxes do and try to get to the chickens. Those foxes sure live up to their reputation of being sly, they never give up. And some of them have developed a strange obsession with cheese ;-).

I was going to say the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (Conquest, War, Famine, and Hyper, sorry, I man Death), but I was beaten to it. So how about the Four Horsemen of the AGOGalypse (IAmSinister, foxworks, trentonlf, and of course, HypersonicLive!). :-)

My favourite things that come in sets of four are.............................................of course my Bass Strings!! Well, i love them because without them i can't play my favourite musical instrument. And if i can't play it i'm sad. So - you guessed it! - they make me happy! That's why i love them. :D

My four favorite foursomes:

The four classes from Heroes of Might and Magic 1. For me there is nothing more iconic than the original Knight, Barbarian, Sorceress and Warlock heroes.

The four classes from Diablo 1 and the Hellfire expansion. The Monk. I'm still upset that Blizzard decided that the original Monk is non-canon.

The best four Sergio Leone westerns: A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and Once Upon a Time in the West.

This is cheating, a little bit, but no list can be complete without a Babylon 5 entry. The episode where we find out what happened with the Babylon 4 station. It's even more amazing when you consider that these iconic events had to occur only because the actor that played the captain of Babylon 5 for the first season of the series couldn't continue and had to be replaced. They add so much depth to the story while making everything fit together so perfectly that only one word can describe this... AMAZING!

Hee. My uncle took me to the first TMNT movie when it came out in theaters because he wanted to see it and didn't feel like he could go by himself (being in his late 30s). When we moved, I was very happy to rediscover all my original TMNT toys safely in their old carry cases.

I was totally baffled when I suddenly realized that the Fantastic Four was based on the four elements. It was so obvious, yet I just didn't notice it before. Later, I experienced sorta the same bafflement when I read online that Furry of the Furries was based on the four elements too.

Something else: I remember reading about an alternate understanding of colors where there are 4 basic colors: Red, Green, Yellow and Blue. As I understand it, it was based on these 4 being the colors our eyes are designed to percieve. (I guess it must be the LAB color system)

As for 4 (oddly I have an ocd issue with doing things in 4's lol) I would leave you with 4 strange facts:

1. In 1567, the man said to have the longest beard in the world died after he tripped over his beard running away from a fire.

2. In 2008 scientists discovered a new species of bacteria that lives in hairspray.

3. The Romans used to clean and whiten their teeth with urine. Apparently it works (ewww)

4. The oldest condoms ever found date back to the 1640s (they were found in a cesspit at Dudley Castle), and were made from animal and fish intestines.

When I was a kid, I like to play those mini- games with my siblings and relative.
