Hey, I just want to add my word of thanks to the crew who make GOG such a great place. Even in beta, the site is amazing...slick, full of easily-accessed information, great pricing structure, delivers on every promise...
One thing I think really needs to be pointed out is the full disclosure for each game's technical state...known bugs or multiplayer issues are noted right on the page to assist in the user's decision on whether or not to purchase the game, not buried in some readme file that you can see *after* you download. Kudos for the extreme attention to detail in documentation!
I had one issue for technical support, and Adam answered me literally within just a couple of hours. My problem was solved ASAP, and I hugely appreciate that!
Hopefully more publishers/devs will get in on the ground floor with this, because as far as I'm concerned, GOG is *the* definitive way to sell older games. You guys will be getting periodic payments from me for quite some time.
Keep up the good work!
