Just thought of this old fave RTS of mine, Metal Fatigue. Thinking most people haven't even heard of it. Now, what makes it special? Three things come to mind.
It has Combots, giant (three-four times the size of the tanks ingame) bipedal robots with swords, lasers, railguns and what have you. Each bot is made from four different parts, and they're all interchangeable. Even to the point that weapons like axes and swords can cut arms off, which other 'bots can then pick up on the fly.
There are three factions, each with a campaign and their own tech tree. (Four if you count an unplayable one with immensely powerful Combots)
It has three layers of each map (sky, ground and subterranean), each with different strategies needed and each can potentially contain serious enemy bases.
Here, have a few pictures and the intro!

Sounds like a pretty decent addition to Gog, I should say =)
Edit: Seems like someone beat me to the punch. Do vote it up in the wishlist though, folks!
