HiPhish: They bundled it with a port rather than DOSBox? The cynical part of me says they did it so they could slap some dumb subtitle (veteran's edition, seriously?) on it and sell it for a higher price than just a DOSBox game.

Nah, 9.99$ seems OK for the game, the Doom games sell for the same price. I just wish Steam wouldn't convert 1$ = 1€. I'll wait for it to hit GOG anyway though, so it doesn't matter for me.

Not really, because Doom actually costs $4.99 on America. We're getting the short end of the stick with it costing €9.99 on European territories.
