Oh, lovely, I crafted 7 pieces of useless coal and got a useless non-tradeable Ebenezer hat for TF2 I don't play. That is in addition to useless coupons. At least Summer Camp let you pick the prize.

Good work. That hat is worth more than most games on steam.

Edit: Oh non-tradeable. Well, you could always try and giftwrap it. I have no idea how that works but that's what a mod on steam forums suggested.

Forums indicate, that I won't be able to trade it unless I buy something at Mann Co. Something like giftwrap or something cheaper.

Wait, I have to buy it using the wallet? And the minimum I can put in the wallet is still $5. Nice one, Valve.

That's because you don't have TF2 premium (That's obtained by either having bought TF2 before it went F2P or buying something from MannCo now). I wouldn't worry though, you sure can trade that Ebenezer for over $100, so $5 is just a small investment.

Or I can fund the wallet now, spend some on sales, then premiumize and trade Ebenezer after the sale wears off. It seems, people are dumping them for $20 ATM. Let's see what happens when the supply runs out.
