Yup. Basically all you give the other users is your email address, and your Steam account's username.

They they either send you a CD key or a Steam gift.

With a mean of 200 entries per raff (and I've seen many with way more entries), it'd take well over 500 tries to have a 95% chance of winning at least one of them.

Which means, if you can, avoid entering any draw that has 200+ entries and cancel any draw you've entered that hits that point.
