Like with every Steam sale we'll have a separate thread to keep the clutter out of the Gaming Deals Thread, considering there'll probably be daily deals, flash deals every 6 hours, and the inevitable Shakespearean 'To Steam or not to Steam' discussions, so now we can keep all of those here.

*Important*
Buy a game when it is on Daily Deal or Flash sale as that's almost always the highest discount it will get.
Do *not* buy a game that is not on Daily Deal or Flash sale till the last day of the Summer Sale, else you run the risk of it going on a higher discount before the sale ends.

i forgot all the rules in the realm of chaos.
dont want to miss out on the best deals on games that are available no where else (unfortunately no where else).

Q: when is the probable final day? or is it TBD later today?

I predict great sales. Like now with two years old Alice Madness Returns. 75% off Steam regular price $64 ($16), $10 in local stores. :P

I'm hoping to get the LucasArts Monkey Island games from the sale, assuming they get good discounts. Or better yet, those games need to be on GOG!

That's EA's typical crap of only lowering price for the US. It's $5 on US Steam.
