QC: I'm guessing that it would be against the terms of whatever agreements they make with publishers then, and would mean support being pulled. Still, once we've downloaded the games ourselves I assume users can mod/experiment to their hearts content. I don't trust mods enough to try any of them myself.
Oh, absolutely you can install any mods you want. In fact, several times GOG has even run features on the mods and ports they recommend for the games sold here - I assure you you can trust those :)
