60 feet of metallic mayhem.

Slave Zero, a classic giant robot shooter action game set in the rioting streets of a futuristic mega-city full of mechanized enemies to smash, is available on GOG.com, for only $5.99.

Slave Zero happens 500 years in the future. Man and machine are virtually one, and the greatest megacity in the world is locked in a brutal war. Mammoth, bio-mechanical monsters tear at the sky, and the earth shakes with the full fury of a brutal battle. These are the warriors of the future, when war escalates to massive proportions, and immense power of destruction engulfs the streets. Harness the power, make a difference. Take control. Become Slave Zero! Control 60 feet of raw robotic power, make your way up the buildings that reach 7 miles into the sky, rampage through a city filled with hover cars, ground traffic, and screaming humans fleeing for their lives. Now, isn't that the most fun one can have at the helm of a titanic war machine?

If the one thing you look forward the most to in the future is the ability to control giant robots and lay havoc on the whole metropolis, you can have a taste of all the great things to come with Slave Zero, for only $5.99 on GOG.com.
Way cool! Now where are my Humongous Entertainment games... ;)
Damn, now I feel like playing Walker... O robot, where art thou?

Nice release .

But i have to ask : Have you guys run out of classic games from the Activision , EA and Ubisoft catalogue ?
I didn't know this had a PC version. I think I have a DC copy in a box somewhere. I never got into it, but always kinda wanted to be.
This looks absolutely amazing. It's as if someone crossed MDK with Shogo. I really need to check this out as soon as I have the chance.
It's kind of interesting, though, that Slave Zero and Ether One were released on the same day.

By the way, does anybody remember Future Cop L.A.P.D.?

The mech follow-up to the Strike series? It's available on PSN.
Hmm, this is a maybe-baby release for me. Only vaguely recall it, but it might be fun.

G-Doc: There were four HDD set to "master", and zero HDD set to "slave" ;-)
None were set to "cable select" either. Not that I can think of a single game that would be a hint for. ;)

fronzelneekburm: I honestly never heard of this, but I'm already digging the Cyberpunk vibe. Is this anything like Shogo?
Shogo was the first similarity that struck me as well. This seems to be one to wait for the GOG reviews for.
Hm, Slave Zero - interesting.
Excellent release! Wishlisted for now, as I already spent too much on the Luck of the Irish and Bargain Bin Promos.
Never heard of this, looks like a Armored Core on Ps1 to me.
Wishlisted.
I wonder what Tommo has in store for us next...

And if this is the Tuesday release, what's coming Thursday? O_o
I'm so glad this game finally arrived on GOG! It's a lot of fun! I hope Redline will be showing up soon.

placa4: Wow, I loved this game. Now bring Recoil! :D

Nobody remember recoil xD (it's a game of tanks)
YES!

(I remember :D)
Got it free with a graphics card (or maybe sound card) in the late 90's. Sadly it didn't work very well last time I tried to play it - may need updating to work well on modern hardware / OS

Hmm the well of quality stuff from Tommo is getting a bit dry now, unless you like flight sims or they decide to bring the old Humungous titles here

Redline,
Demolition Racer maybe but its obsoleted by the FlatOut games, a bit, IMO,
Challenge of the Five Realms is a 1992 RPG that was apparently overshadowed by Darklands on release but old RPG always find fans here,
Star Lord by Mike Singleton RIP
and Weird Dreams, maybe, for the spectacle even though the gameplay isn't meant to be that good

Those are my picks, scanning through quickly
