And yet your monitor seems so small and lonely :(
AS posted in Romulus' thread: desk pic here.
Though that big chair is broken and replaced with a horrid static one, the desktop background is changed, and the whole thing is a little cleaner now.

Your taste in movies is great

Yes, it does seem like a sad little monitor amongst all that big shiny equipment, doesn't it.
I'd post a pic of my desk, but at the moment, I don't have one... a desk that is, not a pic... okay, that's not entirely true, I have a desk, but the computer isn't anywhere hear it right now. I recently dropped cable TV in favor of using my PC and the internet with my living room TV. It was supposed to be a temporary set-up, until I could get a decent permanent PC hooked up to the TV, but I haven't found the right deal yet, so I've been without my PC at my desk since about October.

I still need to save up for that M-AUDIO.
Last year I decided to put together the ultimate DOS gaming setup.

The stacked devices on the left are Roland MIDI modules. From top to bottom, SC-55mkII, CM-32L, and MT-32 (version 2).

Small and lonely? Never mind that, it's a gosh darn CRT. It's an antique.

That's a really nice desk and chair you go there :O
Yes, my monitor is a CRT and he is dwarfed by the surrounging equipment, but he is not sad. He is happy that he is still loved and has not been thrown out and replaced by some bigger more high definitiony model. :P

Wow... Judging from the 'kids' living together, they probably ain't that old, so question arises: Did you whip the to clean the place or are they actually doing that voluntarily? 'Cause that would be a miracle :D

I have my four youngest living at home (22, 19, 15, 7) . They all do fairly well at keeping things clean (Outside their rooms) ;-)
So tidy... so unlike mine. I'm almost embarrassed.
The bed is right behind my comp chair. The comp is in the guest room and since there are no guests right now, it's an extension of the desk... and the closet... and maybe some other piece of furniture.
