Just curious to hear others' thoughts: what are the games you most wish GOG would add but that have a 0% chance of actually happening?

My two would be Diablo 1 (you know Blizzard will never allow someone else to sell their titles, despite not even selling Diablo 1 themselves on BNet) and Strifeshadow, an indie RTS from 2001 or 2002 that nobody knows or cares about and probably sold in the hundreds (this was the era of indie devs mailing burned discs to people since digital distro didn't really exist yet). Despite that, I'm still convinced it's the greatest 2D RTS ever made.

What are yours?

Dinotopia 1995 adventure game. I've only been able to find 1 copy of it online and it doesn't work :(

But on a serious note I'm hoping Neverwinter Nights 2 and the rest of spiderweb software games (avernum, avadon, etc).

Edit: spelling

Wizardry series
Any game published by Microsoft
Early Maxis games that were not originally under EA's control.
Mechwarrior 1, 2 and 3 (From what I understand, these games have some license issues.)
Sacred 2 + Expansions
Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition
Street Fighter x Tekken
The Sims 2 and 3
Super Metroid (I know it's not for the PC, but I can dream can't I?)
Star Trek: 25th Anniversary and Judgment Rites.
The trouble companies I can see are blizzard, maxis, id software, apogee, and epic megagames. Plus any games that were originally on a console (NES, SNES, Genesis, etc.). I would like to see macintosh games on PC as well, such as the mac version of wolfenstein 3D, and firefall arcade for the PC, but I doubt this will happen.

Still, the release of the old duke nukem games gives me hope for apogee, but from what I understand, doesn't gearbox have the duke license now, and that's why it was able to be released?

Well, Apogee and Epic Games are here. Maxis is owned by EA now, which is here too.
Cool! First time I heard of this.
GOG: SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!
Druglord
Frac
SWE1 Pod Racer (PLEASE!!!!!) oy
NFS anything

My 1st day as a member I mentioned Lucas Arts/Disney and was almost thrown into the bog. I felt like Griffin Dunne at the very begging of "American Werewolf" when he asks about the five pointed star. I urge those sensitive folks out there to please take my suggestions with a grain of salt. Or is that grain of sand? Whichever one you take lightly.

Is there a problem with the NFS series? I always thought those were EA, and EA has games on GOG...

I'd definitely be up for reliving my glory days of NFS 2 and 3.

its more of a problem with gog , as you see the catalog , very few racing games here are promoted and dont think ea will let them go on sale before re releasing themselves
