This was my favorite game until i couldn't get it to run any more. I'm very excited but does this include the expansion?

That would be my question as well. The Righteous Fire add-on was pretty good. It's only 85MB. CD talkie version?

I have this game somewhere on 6-7 floppy disk but one of them is damaged and i cant play it anymore. Nice to see it here :)

THE ONLY sci-fi spaceship game and THE ONLY sci-fi simulator I liked and played "to the end" (normally I'm fan of turn-based strategies and I do not like SF, so... you now know what does it mean, right?) Thanks, GOG.

This is the only game I have played from the WC series (I think I never played its expansion).
It was about my favorite pc game from my childhood. I spend so much hours playing this and exploring its world.

I like the Wing Commander games and may buy this one but...

PLEASE stop calling it an 'ELITE Clone' its nothing of the kind!!
its a space simulation come shooter..

I don't remember trading commodities in Wing Commander??
just because its set in space you can't give it an 'ELITE Clone' tag.. thats stupid.

Privateer has trading according to all descriptions of it that I find.
