Aliasalpha: Couldn't agree more, I was suspicious given how fanatically dedicated some people were to the game but I was curious enough to give it a shot and I'm damn glad I did

BladderOfDoom: I said it in me review and ill say it again we where all fools for not buying it in the first place when it came out (except those enlightened few who did in fact buy it when it came out)
I blame the fact that I had no money at the time it came out because I spent it all on building my first computer.

FatalKitsune: I bought this on Steam but I couldn't even get it to launch. I've read about numerous problems with the PC port of this game including slowdown, sound not synced right and the game not opening at all. Needless to say I was extremely dissapointed. All the fixes for BG&E were too complicated for me, so I wasted $10 on a game that I will never get to work.
Now that GOG is getting this will we be getting a version that actually WORKS? Because BG&E is one of my favorite games of all time and I'd gladly buy it again if I could just PLAY the thing.

Hey, did you ever manage to get it to work off steam?
I just finished installing it myself, and I got the Sound-synch problem... I'm getting disappointed too!

My copy of the game wouldn't even launch properly. I never even got to see the title screen.
