I've seen recently, Coboy Bebop and Trigun and I love them. Is there anything similar thats as good that you guys can recommend? Say Bleach or Naruto and I WILL kill you.

If you like mindfuck, big robots, explosions, and having no general idea of what the hell is going on most of the time, I recommend Neon Genesis Evangelion. Preferably with the End of Evangelion ending.
For more funny stuff, there's Magic Shopping Arcade Abenobashi and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Lol my friend loves Evangelion but told me to avoid because it screws with your brain. If my friend thought that something was screwed up, than I'll pass, because there can be dudes eating naked children in an anime and he wont care. Ok maybe that, but most of the time...
Also, I hate vampires, wherewolves and wizards. I think it's cliche, boring and a bit too dark
for me.

Well, there's only psychological aspects of mindfuck. There are some gory parts, but no eating of children or murdering of puppies.
Magic Shopping Arcade Abenobashi doesn't really contain wizards, in the traditional sense. In a way, it's more satirical, and incredibly hilarious in it's occasional absurdity. The setting changes constantly, as the main protagonists are being shifted through various versions of the same place; each with their particular theme and rules.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, in short, is about a group of people trying to control and maintain the sanity of a person who happens to be God on a sub-conscious level.

Shinji is indecisive, and rather whiny; but that's something I don't find to be so weird considering the change from his casual way of life, to being pushed into being an Eva pilot. Of course, that doesn't really make him more bearable, and can see why he is annoying. The series seems to be hit or miss, though.
The characters all have intentional flaws, which may limit how likable one might find them; but that psychological aspect is one of the things I like. The Eva pilots and some of those around them, are all on the verge of insanity or a step beyond. And there's a penguin. I have no idea why, and it doesn't seem to do anything, but there's a penguin.

Similar to Bebop and Trigun? That would probably Samurai Champloo, Hellsing and maybe Gungrave.
Also, a new Triun movie is coming out in Japan the 24th of April this year.
Ghost tin the Shell: Stand Alone Complex would probably be this generation's Bebop. Intelligent Sci-fi with more focus on the plot than on the sci-fi elements. And do not be misled by the name, it is A LOT easier to get into than the movie (which is also good, mind you, but you have to be in the mood for a philosophical mofo before you sit down and watch it.)
Do not listen to those who suggest One Piece, is is VERY similar to Naruto, Bleach and Dragonball. But you probably knew that.

Is trigun famous in japan? I've never seen anything related to it here, ever. (whereas bleach, dragonball, onepiece, and several others are everywhere).
Can anyone recommend a good anime for someone learning japanese?

Is trigun that one with the guy in the red coat who has a massive gun?

that's the one. I guess it's a trigun. but i don't know what it has 3 of.
Neon Genesis Evangelion, definitely. I've just purchased the "Platinum" box Collector's edition and the Feature film (Death+Rebirth+The End) Special Edition DVDs, now I'm looking forward to find some time to (re)enjoy it....
I remember seeing trigun on the cartoon network years ago. I liked it but i was also obsessed with dragon ball z at the time so i don't know if I'd still like it.

Trigun has several layers to it. There's humor, that's CERTAILNY appealing to kids, and there's storyline, which is interesting on it's own.

Well Trigun was made about a decade or so and the whole series was completely contained in a single season, whereas bleach, dragonball, one piece et al are long-term ongoing series so it makes sense that they'd be more heavily marketed.
Still, Trigun is a classic, so while it's unlikely to be advertised much you might find that it's still very well-known among anime enthusiasts.
I've never been to Japan myself, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.
They've already been mentioned, but I recommend Black Lagoon and Berserk. I started watching Moribito a couple of nights ago and it seems like it'll be pretty good, but I wouldn't necessarily compare it to Cowboy Bebop or Trigun.
You watch Kenshin? Very similar to Trigun. Better though IMO, esp once you get to the Shishio arc, which is my favorite thing in the history of anime.
Ghost in the Shell Standalone, Outlaw Star, and Get Backers (especially this one) are all pretty similar to Cowboy Bebop. The first two are fantastic, the third is hit or miss. Personally, I like it, but a lot of people don't.
