I've seen recently, Coboy Bebop and Trigun and I love them. Is there anything similar thats as good that you guys can recommend? Say Bleach or Naruto and I WILL kill you.

I don't know if they're similar but i enjoyed black lagoon alot. Also Dragon Ball Z!
Samurai Champloo is quite similar (in terms of style) to Cowboy Bebop, you may like it if you love Bebop.
Serial Experiments Lain, Texhnolyze, Kaiba, Mind Game, Kemonozume, Cat Soup, Noiseman Sound Insect, Atama Yama, Inaka Isha, Glassy Ocean and Angel's Egg are all good animes if you want something a "bit" unusual. :)
Well its really old school. Fist of the north star is on hulu in japanese with subs.
I don't usually watch tons of anime, but I do have some favorites:
Aumanga Daioh - Hilarious anime about a group of high school girls, one of whom is 10 years old. It may seem at first glance like an anime for girls, but it was made for young adult males IIRC.
Hellsing - Probably the best vampire anime next to Vampire Hunter D.
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and 2nd Gig - Awesome if you are a huge fan of GITS like I am and wanted something closer to the mangas and Shirow's vision, rather than the Oshii-directed movies (which I didn't very much care for). Beware tho, storyline for the series can get extremely complex and unless you are paying attention, it's easy to miss a good chunk of story.
Ranma 1/2 - Classic!
Ebichu - Extremely funny, but also made for adults. Can only be found through fansub sites as it was never released commercially in the US. Focuses on a housekeeping hamster, her Office-Lady owner, and her sleezy boyfriend.
While these aren't like Cowboy Bepop (Never seen it) or Trigun (Seen it, didn't like it) they are great selections that you'll probably enjoy.

That was my first thought as well for something similar to Cowboy Bebop. For something similar to Trigun, maybe Outlaw Star (although I'd consider both of those fairly mediocre).
For my own suggestions I'd always recommend Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (both seasons) if you haven't seen that yet. And if you're ever in the mood for something fairly heavy then I'd recommend Darker Than Black (just the first season), Casshern: Sins, and Monster.
One piece. Or something even more atypical : Shadow skill ('98).

Word is that they were directed by the same person, which would explain it.
Anyway, to the TC: Outlaw Star. Watch it. It supposedly even has some subtle ties with Cowboy Bebop if you pay attention.
Aside from that...what else is good that hasn't been mentioned in here yet...I suppose you could try Last Exile and a random Studio Ghibli flick (Spirited Away would be a good one to start with) on for size.
Another important anime-related question: do you like mecha? If so, do you prefer it portrayed more realistically (say, as military weapons), or over-the-top crazy awesome?

Also, Ghost in the Shell for some cyberpunk goodness, and, of course, awesome Hellsing. DO watch those, I can see you like style - all of these have plenty of it.
Edit: Oh, as for Hellsing - watch the 13-part series first, movies or how do they call those ain't nearly as good

The 13 episode series definitely started out better, but pretty much fell apart after episode 7 or 8 (whichever one had the second encounter with Anderson). The new series manages to tell a much more coherent story (basically it just sticks to the manga), although it's inferior to the first in terms of music, atmosphere, and moments of Alucard being a badass.
Gintama ... and there are plenty so if you like it you won't be in need for quite some time.
If you like robots, shooting & explosions, its hard to go by Macross, Macross Zero & Macross Frontier are extremely good even if the latter is slightly patchy in places

2 Things I forgot to mention. I'm watching Samurai Champloo already (good show :) ) and I think the winner here might be Salsa Shark. Black Lagoon looks sweet. And the OP is awesome too. Ill look into the others I missed tomorrow. Thanks guys :)
