I think an anime or something like that could be genuinely cool though, if handled properly.
There's a comic book series.
No, really.
I've been reading it.
It's actually not too bad. Prequel series, focuses on Faith when she first started as a Runner.

Yeah I saw the first issue, looked like it could be interesting but the whole comic thing has never really appealed to me. It's a comparatively large amount of of money for not much content, might as well buy a regular EA game...
