The guy that made the arrangement (Andy Rehfeldt) not only composed it, but also played the instruments mixed with her vocal track timed to the video of that live performance. I honestly believe that guy could make anyone sound decent - he's amazing. Not only is this version more digestible but it also retains the core essence of the original "pop" composition. She really should get that guy in the studio for an album.

If anyone thinks Lady Gaga's look is unique, google Grace Jones. Gaga basically stole some outfits from her, not to mention Jones actually created interesting music that added something to the music industry.Lady Gaga creates stuff like "Coco Jumbo" but more "edgy" in lyrics depatment.
Not to mention that Gaga and stars like Kylie Minogue and Madonna nowadays create shitty music and they basically exist only because they know how to suck off money from gay guys that buy their albums(example: videoclip for "Alejandro").
