I don't see anything wrong with adding voicepacks or things like that as DLC, the only problem is that they'll be super overpriced, like every other CoD DLC.

As long as a DLC doesn't give anyone an advantage over another, doesn't remove content from the base game, and isn't super overpriced, I think it's completely fine and occasionally really awesome.
