You can't find anything cheaper than 1$ (e.g. The Pilgrim DLC), the cheapest standalone games were like 1,2$ in the discount (Commandos if I can recall).

The PixelJunk games have been selling for under $1 US when they show up during the current flash sale, with PixelJunk Monsters being the cheapest at $0.79. No other game to my knowledge has gone any lower without being free.

You could also resist the temptation of buying anything just for the sake of spending your last money, and instead concentrate on having fun with the games you already own or all the games you can legally download for free on the net - there are lots of gems among them that are probably better than anything you can buy for 50 cent. Just sayin. ;)
