ZFR: I can't find anything on gog.com FAQ about the time you can exchange the game you haven't downloaded, but this thread suggests it's 30 days, not 2 weeks.

Seems like you're correct, after all. From the Terms of Use. http://www.gog.com/forum/general/couldnt_download_and_gog_refuses_to_re_fund

Technical issues
If you buy a game and have significant technical issues with it (e.g. it does not run on your system), we will give you a full refund provided the following conditions are met:
You must have genuine technical issues with the game.
You need to contact GOG Customer Support to request the refund within 30 (thirty) days of the original purchase of the game (if you received the game from a GOG-authorised exchange for another game, then the 30 day period starts running from the date of exchange).
GOG Customer Support must have a reasonable time period in which to try to resolve the issue before they process the refund to you.
Final sale
A sale is considered final either 30 days after purchase OR when you make a download attempt for a game or its bonus content. Once either of those happens, you no longer will have any return, exchange or refund options unless you have technical issues covered by the \"Technical issues\" paragraph above.
Scratch that. You actually have 30 days ever since purchase to refund/convert into a gift. Giftcodes purchased from GOG directly don't have an expiration date.
