You enter the general store. You look at the shelves and see a variety of items. The shopkeeper asks if you are looking for anything in specific.

Unfortunately, you don't have any dkons. You don't even know what a dkon is. The shopkeeper angrily takes his valuable map back.
As you walk away you double check your pockets. All you have is the lighter, flashlight, caribiner, washrag(smelling faintly of cat urine), and the drawing you found in the stack of papers that you decided to keep for some reason. You're weird.

Go to building with no sign

This building is a chapel. You see the priest, and he asks if you need help.

Ask about where "here" is

The priest tells you that you are in the town of Sondel. He is rather friendly.

Politely request alms :)

The priest looks you up and down, acknowledges your shabbiness, and gives you 10 dkons in the name of the Lord. "God bless you!" he says.

Ask for more alms.

The priest continues his smile, a little more fake, but gives you 10 more dkons.
"Run along now, and do good with that money," he says
