The End Might be Near*. Better Play Some Games!

We don't really know if the Mayans were right
Will the 21st be the Earth's final night?
If it really is, we know we'd want to be
Spending our last hours enjoyably

The end of the world, and the bundles we bring
Are a wondrous package--an incredible thing
All the daily deals for the whole month today shine
We've even brought ones from the future in asynchronous time

Of all of the days of the year 2012
This is the one for gamers just like yourselves
To pick up some games before the world ends
And spend your last day having fun times with friends

Some say the world ends in fire--or ice
We think that neither ending sounds nice
If the world has to end--neither frozen nor flaming
The world should end in a way that says: gaming!

There's and [url=https://secure.gog.com/gamecard/the_witcher_2]Witcher, and and [url=https://secure.gog.com/gamecard/duke_nukem_3d_atomic_edition]Duke
And Deus Ex, , or [url=https://secure.gog.com/gamecard/thief_gold]Thief
So before the world leaders launch thousands of nukes
Spend a few moments and suspend disbelief

Theme Hospital, , [url=https://secure.gog.com/gamecard/caesar_3]Caesar 3 and Trine
It sure was nice living, but we're just out of time
Ultima Games, from 1 to game 9
The aliens are invading--we must hold the line!

, [url=https://secure.gog.com/gamecard/wing_commander_1_2]Wing Commander, and indie FTL
Crusaders and Heroes of Magic and Might
The end is approaching boys; see you in hell
Bruce Willis can't save us from this meteorite

Quests for Kings and for Space and for Heroes and Glory
and [url=http://www.gog.com/promo/telltale_adventures]Telltale
The abyss is erupting--this will surely be gory
Frogs are raining down in amphibious hail

The world may be ending, our last day is nigh
So take this last chance to play games 'till you die!

*GOG.com in no way endorses The End of The World. We like it here. If you have a Death Star, a Death Ray, or a fleet of Cyber T-rexes with Lasers, please don't destroy the Earth right now. At least wait until we release that game that everyone's waiting for. And that one, too. No, that one probably will never happen.
Question, the post mentions "Duke" and "Wing Commander", but I can't find a promo containing those. Is there another promo I'm missing, or where those added so the poem would rhyme?

TurnipSlayerr: We made a mistake with those announced times for the Square Enix games, they'll actually be stopping at 5.00am GMT tomorrow morning. so you get an extra 14 hours!
So you did give us a 48 hour warning instead of a 24 hour one ;)

I want to buy many of these games, but I won't simply because my backlog is too big... I want Phantasmagoria, but I haven't even started playing The 7th Guest, and I'm still halfway through Myst.

Maybe GOG should start some sort of campaign to get it's users to actually finish the games they buy ^_^
Come here wallet.... Where are you credit card.... No need to be afraid... No need to hide... I will do you no harm...

Yeah, this was of course deliberate...
This is a great holiday promo. I myself love the bundle promos.

In case people don't know, if you own the whole bundle already, you can still buy individual games from that same bundles as gifts for %75 off. This is good for trading purposes.

I already own everything from 3 of today's bundle. I have all the games form the Sierra, Belated Halloween, and Cyberpunk & Steampunk Bundle. If you are interested in a single game in any of these bundles, PM me so we can make a trade.
That Daedalic bundle? That's what I've been waiting for.

Finally a bundle where I actually want all the games involved.

Kakihara: Somehow I got Divinity 2 and Inquisitor for Free.

Score!

e: Wait, that's not supposed to happen? An error?
That was a site bug tied to the $NaN error, yes.
That is great, as I also made a mistake and forgot to buy Startopia... correcting this now.

Hawkins85: Do I understand correctly that the EIDOS games are still 50% off after all then?

Too bad Santa in Space isn't like the Telltale Adventures and Scandinavian Games bundles where all games are 75% off.

Austrobogulator: Just putting it out there, but 75%/50% sales actively make me steer away. I don't want to pay to have a bunch of games I have no interest in/ have elsewhere.
Exactly.

Two good ones which are "Pick & Mix":

TheEnigmaticT: That's an error. We're fixing that now. >.>

yyahoo: When I made my purchase, somehow I was not charged the correct price, significantly less. Who do I contact to get this straightened out?
I'd call it our holiday gift to you; it's not your fault we fat-fingered the wrong price into our website backend tool.
So there's one more bundle throughout this sale that we don't know about? I was holding out for a D&D RPG bundle, but if you could be so kind as to tell me if that isn't the case and the current prices for Planescape, Icewind Dale, etc. will be their cheapest... Well, i'll love you for the heads up.

<3?
Mother of God... it's certainly the end of the world for my wallet.
Mmh, almost got me on the platformer deal.

Too many games to play already though. :P

Well, I'll just make sure and spend the difference on GOG in some sort of (however uneven) exchange. Merry Christmas!!
