SpirlaStairs: I bought Gabriel Knight 1.

Is the rest of the GK series worth buying as well?
Definitely.

Deva: If one of the reasons you like GOG is because the games here are DRM-free, it's worth the extra $1.59 to get it here rather than on Steam. If given the choice, I'll support DRM-free games any day. Plus the extras and personal touch from the staff here at GOG are just added bonuses most faceless companies don't have. I've bought a lot of games from Steam, but if they were available on GOG, I would have bought them here instead without a second thought.
i would buy them where they were cheaper regardless, and steam is no DRM dude? xD

Steam games are protected. You can't just take a game you buy there and install it on another computer without a Steam client and your name and password. With GOG's games, you don't need a client, or a name and password when you install a game on another computer. All you need is a copy of the original installation program you downloaded when you bought the game.

I don't mind Steam, but like I said, if both games are offered here or at Steam, I'll buy from GOG every time. Even if it costs a bit more. It's worth the paltry extra dollar or two, especially since the support, community, and extras you get with the games are far superior at GOG.

I'm laughing so hard!
Who said STEAM has no DRM? Steam is a DRM itself!!! and sometimes even adds other DRMs in some games as Starforce or Securom or Ubisoft need to be connected all the time to play ...

If a game is available here and in STEAM i have no doubt i buy it here, there are some exceptions, like Abe´s box, that in steam has 1 more game than here (Munch´s Oddisey) so i bought it there because i want the full package... or Painkiller series (because i bought an offer with all them included) but any other game in both sales platforms i definitevily prefer to buy it here, and i bought it here many that are available in both places.
