We're happy that you're enjoying our new GOGmix feature, as can be seen by the sheer gargantuan number of them. We would like share with you some of our thoughts and favorites.

<a href=""http://www.gog.com/en/mix></a>When we created this feature, we wanted to encourage people to use their creativity muscle and do their best to stand our from the crowd. Making a list of memorable RPGs is all fine and good, but the things that really make a GOGmix shine lie in the very first steps of creating one.
A good idea is a must. A clever, cunning or otherwise cool title is a welcome bonus. A lack of descriptions just makes you look lazy. Most importantly, though, the best GOGmix is a truly unique one.
Take a look at what we're talking about:

Games your mom wouldn't let you play if she ever knew,
Games You Might Miss But Shouldn't,
Learn how to sell your own mother in four easy steps,
Unique Atmosphere and Original Gameplay,
Warning: may be perfect substitute for morphine.

We want to make this kind of spotlight a regular or semi-regular feature on our site, so we encourage you to do your best in order to see your GOGmix make it into the next one!
Well, at least she took time to actually write about the games. And it sounds as if she actually played some of them. But, yes....

deathkitten: reposting due to trolling

I found these newer threads from last year on Google:
gog.com/en/forum/general/your_damn_gogmixes
gog.com/en/forum/general/gogmixes_who_uses_them_are_they_really_useful

— But it looks like this is a better place to post as it is the official thread, should probably be stickied really. :)

let me clarify: post on old threads if you like. No one here minds that too much, as long as you're furthering a discussion.

I've honestly never heard of a GOG forum user, no matter how much of an annoying twat he/she is, to be banned.

deathkitten: What is trolling is trying to censor constructive posts that are actually about good old games while upvoting crapthreads about "how sad your life is" etc - YOU are the problem, and they should make a spam forum for that stuff and get rid of the ridiculous lord of the flies-esque rating system
Have you actually read Lord of The Flies or do you just refer to it, pretending to sound educated even though you've actually gotten Cs in your A-levels from a fucking comp?

Seriously though, don't ever leave this forum, because your hilarious posting style, your general disdain for anything that isn't what you approve of, and your inability to understand proper Internet etiquette makes my late nights so much more interesting.

There she goes again! Or he, I don't know. Probably a he.

For someone who is all about constructive posts and all that, you really put in fuck-all effort in making them. I didn't realise a one line statement about how a game is the business and then six different links, two of which are the game's box art in France was somehow relevant to any discussion.

My apologies for assuming you had not read Lord of The Flies and thinking you went to a comprehensive. Did you get many wedgies in boarding school? What were the soggy biscuits like?
I think you're right, people do pay more attention to you than they do to me on this forum. Only because you've been doing the Internet equivalent of waving your private parts in public and shouting racist things at passersby.
