1UP has no idea what 1UP is talking about. 1UP brain hurt. 1UP pray to ghost of Steve Jobs for help. 1UP still confused. 1UP shove iPhone up ass and call. iPhone vibrate. 1UP feel good, but brain still hurt.
Anyways, I am really glad that GOG is now supporting Macs. Even though I barely have time to play and my main computer is a PC, it is really nice to know that I always have the option of playing MY games when I want and where I want. Thanks GOG! :)

1UP attempt to solicit hooker in hopes of losing virginity. 1UP pays hooker. Hooker punch 1UP in face and steal money. 1UP attempt to get money back. 1UP get raped by hooker's pimp. 1UP try to ask Siri for advice. Like all other females, Siri pretend 1UP doesn't exist.

SimonG: I find the whole debate over Macs vs. PC rather pointless. In the end, somebody who buys a Mac gets exactly what he deserves.
You have an excellent point there. I deserve the best! What's to argue about?

lolazer: PC gaming started on PC's running Windows and DOS. Not on System 7 or whatever the shit you assholes had back then. Show some fucking respect you hipster douche.
It is actually all computer video gaming - from Pong to PC to Mac to PS3, etc. and the advent of it predates the PC.

Pro tip: Be careful how you speak to people around here. The forum police are not going to take kindly to you calling people a douche. They are bound to come after you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Also, try not to be so upset about not being hip. It's okay.

1UP: "Mice/mouses?" You should try an OS with universal spell-checking that works in every textbox so you don't have to guess at basic words. Or, y'know, go back and get a better education. That could solve the moneh problem too.

lolazer: Are you making fun of me because I'm poor, or are you just being a retard? I'm guessing it's a little bit of both. I used both words because I like to call them mouses, and some other people do too. You might think I have a problem with you because you use Macs. It's not that. There are other Mac users on here who are fine with coexisting with PC users. You're not one of them. You're some fuckwit who thinks their superior to us because you paid an assload of money for a computer specifically made for people who don't know how to use computers. You're acting like a Nazi and it' s enormously annoying. I don't want you to stop using Macs. I just want you to shut the fuck up. A lot of other people on here want you to shut the fuck up too. So, just shut the fuck up. M'kay? EDIT: In a language you can understand. 1UP make stupid comment. 1UP look like cocksniffing douchebag. People tell 1UP no talky no more. 1UP no talky. 1UP no longer look like cocksniffing douchebag.
It is NOT nice to tell people to shut up never mind using terrible, terrible words I dare not repeat here. The forum police will be coming for you for sure. They are very consistent in their dispensation of justice around here you know. You keep this stuff up and they are going to have a busy day issuing so many reprimands.

IBM PC gaming until the late 80s wasn't big. The graphics were ugly and the hardware was expensive. Atari 8-bit, Apple 2, C64 and Amiga, BBC Micro and even Spectrum were more developed in that regard. Ah, there were also those standardized PCs called MSX, which really took off in Japan.

I wonder if GOG will release a few old Mac exclusives, just to tease people. Pax Imperia, Pathways into Darkness, Mission: Firestorm...

FM Towns anyone? :) Man, between that thing and the almighty Commodore Amiga I had so many wet nerd dreams, but I never got to play with those machines :( until the emulators came that is!

This is what I'd be most excited about; I remember seeing some Mac-only games back in the '90s that I wanted to play, now maybe we could!

BUT.. I think Classic Mac emulation involves a bunch of ROMs and stuff that Apple won't allow anyone to distribute so :'(

Hopefully that's not the case and GOG will be able to license them or something.

Unless said games work on Executor, and GOG has the manpower and skill to work on that and make it compile and run well enough on the relevant platforms.

Ah, Pathways into Darkness, one of the most difficult games I ever played. Fond memories.
Thanks, GOG! I was already quite fond of your service but because of this that has increased even more.
