Glad to see I finally managed to get you good folk up and discussing - not so happy to find the main suspect being myself!

In my defence then.....to answer Nazarush's points...

1) My first vote, at Damuna - it was a random vote, and the response to his/her law and order post was just a joke, simple as that. I understand the fact that Damuna got whacked doesn't do me any favours, but at the time of the post I had no idea he was Cop or anything

2) Switching from Damuna to Damnation - Damuna was a random vote, but Damnation wasn't, there were a couple of things he/she said that didnt jibe with me. No more, no less. Suspicion of Damnation only lessened today, after his second reply - we're not in secret cahoots or anyhting - for one, I could never be half that clever!

3) References to drinkng - forgive me, I thought we were roleplaying , no? Believe me when I say I'm completely harmless and NOT Mafia.

It would seem some suspicion that me and Damnation had a previously contrived conversation set up to throw up confusion, and , as Vitek put it, 'try too much to appear as falsely confused'.....

Now really - think about it for a minute. Once roles are known, two supposed Mafia put their heads together and concocted a slanging session at each other to get the game going. High risk manouver dontcha think?? Chances are one or both would be seen to overdoing it - and get lynched. People, don't make that mistake. I cant speak for Damnation, as I have had NO contact with him (or her), but I swear on my next bottle of Whisky - I am NOT Mafia.

And as I know I'm not Mafia, I have to look at the accusers of me - and there's one very compelling reason why. We need SIX votes for a Lynch - I have Three votes. If NONE of my accusers are Mafia, actual Mafia could quickly get me lynched by all voting for me now, as they would all know I'm not Mafia , and they get an easy kill.

One of the three who voted for me IS Mafia - I now know this. Getting other people to believe me now is the hard part.....;o)

Another thing worth noting is that Titanium and Nazarush got very defensive when I suggested there were 3 mafia members ... read into that what you will.

Haha we really did bad for the first day. I don't care to throw around accusations, but we should probably do something more this time.

I apologize, but voting for Robbeasy right now does seem slightly foolish.

And voting for me would be an insult to my 20 years career of educatingyou and your youngsters!

Never the less, as Robbeasy pointed out, our accusations of one another are not stemming from a predetermined plot to cause confusion, but, in my case, rather from my paranoia of this whole situation.

What I think we should consider now is Robbeasy's situation. 4 votes against him, and we might count at least one as mafia - in case Robbeasy himself is not mafia, of course.

Vitek/nmillar/Nazarush - bites into the idea that mine and Robbeasy's conversation is rooted into a mafia plot. Nothing I can say will deter people from this conclusion, as I am one of the implicated, but I still hope you will listen when I say it to be untrue. However, if this were a mafia ploy, I'd say it's a pretty good one, but sadly overdone (Simply because people consider it to be a nefarious plan). So, are you wrongly suspecting Robbeasy? I don't think so, it's somewhat justified in my mind (Just as a suspection of me would be). But a vote might be too harsh on merely a hunch.

GoJays2025 - I'm sorry, but this vote just seems to come out of the blue, voting on Robbeasy merely for saying that he is convinced one of his accusers are mafia. I'd say it's a pretty natural assumption to be honest, and your vote seems to be more of a cheapshot at someone who is already down.

But... I think I have gone long enough defending Robbeasy, which I have no reason to do, other than to fight the mass hysteria that has consumed so many of us.
I'd rather say we gather more useful information than just "He wrote something, it might be a mafia trick, so let's kill him!". How about we pose questions into who we all are? Such as which generation of townee are you? Do you have children? What do you work with? Such things. We can then start drawing out that which looks to be anomalies and conclude upon more direct information. These random jumping at people because of hunches will only have us all killed in the end.

Reread your statement and cannot really see how your post can be considered "hasted" like I did the others. But I would not call for a direct accusation yet still.

But would the three mafia vote for you in quick succession? It would look too suspicious. I don't think we can necessarily assume one of your accusers is a mafia.

On a side note, just looking back at yesterday the nolynch vote went through very quickly as I recall. This could have meant organisation. Of course the mafia would not necessarily have wanted a nolynch, unless they thought there was a risk of one of theirs being lynched (and Damnation was on 3 votes, just fyi). Any thoughts?

That's entirely possible, although I think convincing enough people for a lynch on the first day is nigh impossible. If anything I think the nolynch passed because everyone wanted to be more cautious than not for fear of losing an important townie (funny story about that....).

Now as for my suspicions, a lot of information has passed around here. Still no one has convinced me that Robbeasy would be mafia, let alone anyone else. So, as it stands I will go for

I'm convinced that Robbeasy is mafia. If he is a townie, surely the mafia who haven't yet voted would have done so to ensure a townie gets lynched?

Unless of course all three mafia have already voted for him (Vitek, Nazarush, GoJays2025).

The nolynch did run through very fast. And implying that the nolynch idea is either selfimplicating for Dominic998 - as he was the second to announce a nolynch and was quickly followed by many others due to his reasoning. Either that, or he just disrespects Damuna (RIP) who was the first to cast a nolynch vote.

See? I can cast random suspicions out here too, doesn't mean it is necessarily true. People's lives are too valuable to just cast away based on a "maybe"!
