TwilightBard: Basically, the Lovers would win as long as they survive and either of their side wins.
Say, Lover A is Town, and Lover B is Mafia. If the Mafia wins, and the Lovers are still around, A wins. If B survives to the last day, is the last Mafia left, then he wins with A and it's a town victory. But if one dies, both are supposed to die. See why I'm very suspicious about this?
Well, that does seem to be a good reason to be suspicious. Heck, if I were in your place, I'd certainly suspect me. I don't think there's anything I can really say in my defense, besides that that was not how our roles were set up apparently. We were both town, and our win condition was that we win if all mafia are eliminated (I'm not using the exact wording to avoid any issues with the rules). It didn't mention anything about us both dying if one of us died. I only knew about that facet because Joe told me that that was how lover roles usually worked. I'm not sure exactly why X didn't abide by that, but...:P well, here I am!Say, Lover A is Town, and Lover B is Mafia. If the Mafia wins, and the Lovers are still around, A wins.
