We're leaving the beta with a new site, new features and some of the best games of all time from Hasbro and Atari.

Baldur’s Gate: The Original Saga. The titles from Hasbro will be unveiled gradually in the coming weeks, and today's announcement is just a small taste of what’s to come.

I keep forgetting about DragonStrike. Everything Westwood did for SSI stayed with SSI due to the TSR license, and that all passed on to Ubisoft. The rest of Westwood's catalaog went to EA.

So, in the week since the site went down what we got is one more game in the catalogue and a slower site. Also, the public wishlist people could vote in seems to have disappeared. I'm not impressed at all. What was all the fuss about?Also, the downloader seems not to be working, or is it just me? Was the point of taking the service down to make it worse than it was before? Certanly looks like that.

Faster site, but far more traffic, probably.

I can't believe it! Mad props to GOG for untangling the licensing hell surrounding some the greatest PC games of all time.
