I was thinking about some games that were so bad that you would never want to see them sold on gog; simply for the fact you would have to speak negatively about them.
I can think of a few but the couple that spring to mind are...
Warrior Kings
Warrior Kings: Battles
These were over hyped, under patched steaming piles of code that should have never seen the light of day.
I bought Warrior Kings and they promised a 1.4 patch that took months and months and months of waiting only to never show up. They basically lied to keep people placated until Warrior Kings: Battles hit the shelves only to have the same treatment.
Warrior Kings: Battles was even hyped as "One Strategy Game to Rule then All" I think they meant to say; "Ruin them All!"
So, list the games you would never want to see sold on gog.

i hope Dreamfall is too new for GOG, don't get me wrong i'd love to see "The Longest Journey" on gog imho it was one of the best, if not the best adventure i've ever played; but Dreamfall is truly an abomination, both gameplay and plot were awful.

Yes, they are that bad. WK never ran correctly and units in game slogged their way across the map. I would rank these two I think as the worst games I ever bought that never should have been made.
I got WK:B for $3.00 and still did not get my money's worth. Bad games, no support.

Many of the missions in the single-player campaign are so rigid that they simply become an exercise in saving and reloading, which is even more frustrating than it sounds, considering the game's inexcusably long load times. There are some other significant technical problems, such as crashes and some problems with multiplayer connections, but these will reportedly be addressed with upcoming patches. Perhaps the worst technical problem is the unit pathfinding--you will occasionally see a whole battalion go off in some undesired direction or a mounted regiment riding in crazy circles trying to regroup. The interface has some issues too, but only because it breaks with some of the real-time strategy conventions you're probably used to.
Those patches never saw the light of day and so all the problems remained.

ANY of the Sim City/Sim Farm/SimAnt/etc. games would be on my "I'd NEVER want these on GOG" list...

Okay, so I agree about the SimFarm/SimAnt/SimWhatever, but SimCity and GTA 1/2? Why?

I don't ever want to see that game anywhere.

SimCity... Well, let's just say that a) I sucked so badly at it I never want to play it again, and b) it is not one of those games (the Caesar series is another example) that I have any patience for whatsoever. Gimme Command & Conquer, Red Alert, or Warcraft II any day.
GTA 1/2, well, my opinion is colored by the more recent games, and if I were given the chance to play them for free on GOG, well, I'd try them, but only to see if they were anywhere near that violent back then.

honestly I rather liked Warrior Kings: Battles - the first was rather poor work - but skirmish and taking over the world in the second was fun. To me I have encountered the crashing problems and load times were acceptable (nothing like as long as for something like Spellforce).
Unit pathfinding was its biggest weakness along with graphics that were a bit odd in appearance (at least when compared to many other games) But nothing makes me regret the games.
Personally the only games I don't want to see on GOG would be those released recently - like a few years old and that is only because I will still feel the pinch of paying for them earlier ;)
As for the rest I really don't mind so long as releases remain constant in volume and that GOG remain fixed on getting top range titles as well. There are always those that like finge titles (though there are some that should truly burn - only ever played one and it was so bad I forgot the name!)
