DProject: I guess technically, my first game beaten in 2012 was S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl. I did finish Fallout Tactics about a week before, but I had started the campaign in December (or was it November?)
still counts as long as you finished the game this year. even if it was last five minutes :)

I just finished Pschonaughts, yes is was awesome, yes the meat circus was hard as nails (even though I was playing the supposedly re-balanced easier Steam version) yes I want a sequel goddamit!

Just completed my first play through of Heavy Rain. Though it basically breaks down to a movie with quick time events I really enjoyed it. Going to jump straight back into it again and go through it at least one more time.

Edit: just completed the taxidermist dlc for this game. What a waste of money that was. £3 for about 20-30mins gameplay that is no where near as good as the main game.

4. Mario Kart 7- 3DS; 1/13/2012 8/10 (Going by my rule of "Once the credits roll the game is beaten" that I have set, I technically beat this game earlier. Completed the 50cc set over the course of maybe a week & a half with the sole intention of unlocking the Mii character. Have also beaten a few cups on 150cc to unlock a few characters & will update my list at a future time as a separate game beaten mostly due to the fact that the cc things are really just difficulty levels anyways.)

The Blackwell Legacy

Great game, with some minor foibles. Very short though - seemed shorter than the Sam & Max episodes.
