Kaeoschassis: Vampire Bloodlines - broken and buggy practically to the point of being unplayable on release, and since the devs went bust creating it, still requires a bunch of modding and tweaking to get it up to scratch. But what a vision. There will never be anything else quite like it.
i dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing
a good thing because bloodlines is a brilliant game even a decade later

a shame because the industry is that much poorer and that much worse off with out visions like that and it has retreated in to me too sequels and cookie cutter fps games

something bloodlines is not (thankfully)
contra - because its my first NES game, bought together with the NES.

Dark Heart of Uukrul - not only the game is simple yet fun, I communicated with the developer (long story) and I also fall in love with a girl during this time (but I didn't received any love back)

Ultima 6 + Ultima 8 - same with above.
Lunar: The Silver Star and all of it's remakes.

The game so nice, I've bought it five times; Sega CD, PSone, GBA, PSP and iOS. While nowhere near the first game I had ever played, this is still the game (or set of games) that I hold most dear. The music is excellent, the story is gripping, the characters are colorful and unique from one another, and the gameplay is simple yet polished. I have beaten each version at least once and some upwards of ten times. I always return to this game periodically and may continue to do so my whole life.

Honorable Mention: Dragon Quest (a.k.a. Dragon Warrior) for the NES. The first RPG that I ever played. Another game that I have beaten multiple times. The SNES, GBC and iOS remakes are all great, too. I have much respect for Wizardy and Ultima for inspiring Yuji Horii to create this incredible game.
