so what's everyone opinion on the movie? I never read the books nor I saw Swedish movie but after seeing american version I only can wonder what is the big deal.

I found the story a bit silly. Especially the end how liz and her super hacking managed to take down that rich guy. If it was so easy nobody would do bad things. The core story with them looking for a girl? Couldn't feel any suspense. The twist with the guy being a monster was very cliche and we could see it coming from a mile away. Liz story was the most fun till she joined the guy portrayed by Crieg. The only really memorable part of this movie.
Acting was top notch of course but the movie just good. I don't really feel like reading the book.

I can't help but think this would have been a billion times better
