ZPavelZ: Yes, but as far as I remember when people started complaining about steep prices for Hitman games everyone came to the conclusion that Square Enix was pushing GOG to sell those games for 10 USD.
Besides, FF is probably the biggest SqEnix franchise, I am not sure they are 100% ready to sell it DRM Free.
Also we heard there might be higher price tiers on GOG soon, I would not be surprised if SqEnix showed interest in those. ;)

I seem to remember the higher price points were suggested for newer games. For GOG to start ripping us off $20 for games released in the early 90's would be to go against their stated objectives. Personally I don't think they'd do it.
