Welcome players of Dogma: Blankers #0!

This is the first game in the Blankers branch, starting with only one dogma. This means there is no starting dogma for dogma acceptance, so it is required for the players to decide how dogma is passed (e.g. by percentage approval, appointing a player).

Whatever method is chosen, make sure that dogma affecting information is very clear as I need to keep track of it. For example, if you are voting, please only post only your vote and the exact dogma you are voting for.

During play, please bear in mind that active dogma at the end of this game will continue into the next game (i.e. Blankers #1) so please avoid game-breaking dogma such as instant-win conditions.

Actually, since there isn't a rule about voting in the initial ruleset, what should be the passing threshold for this proposal?

People, vote for PROPOSAL: 51% majority = dogma (YAY, NAY , whatever). At least we'll know if you agree with 51% or should we increase it.
