I'd like to give a big thumbs up to everyone in the entire thread for not giving in and posting a "No, but I have hair on my palms!" comment.

I just did but I have no class so it's okay.
I do, but it's not from gaming, if you know what I mean :P
I used to get blisters from marathon sessions whenever I got a new SNES game. Continuing to play with blisters is what true endurance is about.
WAIT A TICK! STOP EVERYTHING! How long has Licurg's titel read "Carmageddon 2"?
When I was 12, me and my athletics team reached the national finals. One of the group took a PlayStation, to spend some 'time in the pauses between a competition and another.
Well, it happened that one of us, who had never played Tekken, fell in love and spent four hours in a row to beat little men.
The next day he spent the worst 20 seconds of his life: he had a blister formed on his thumb and was the first runner - yes, the one who gets up in the starting blocks holding onto his second finger and thumb.
Eventually we arrived first, and in the hotel we finished Tekken :)

I don't, but the playstation(s) controller gives me one in my left-hand thumb! (not so much int he right hand) I can play for a day (like 5 hours) and *that's it*, there goes my thumb! It's not a blister, but it does hurt and is annoying as hell. A few days later the skin in the affected zone will be peeling off. As a PC gamer I barely play with controllers (random time I'm with some friend who owns the reviled non-PC gaming platform), so I'm gnereally good!

Used to have them on my fingers back when I used to play the bass. Haven't played for a couple of years now and the keyboard and mouse are very benign in comparison.

However, I do have a massive bump/growth on my right hand from resting it against the table (mouse position).
I feel sorry for anyone who hasn't had the experience of wearing a deep hole in one of their fingers or thumbs from an awesome game.

With that said I like the much more comfortable controllers that MS, Sony, and Ninte.... wait, wtf Nintendo!?

Me too... :\
I am retired now, but 30 years of laying bricks will put some on you. Many bricks have sharp edges and I have the scars to prove it.

But just from gaming - no.

I play guitar, but prior to that I played tekken on the PS1 and guitar blisters are only girly blisters compared to Tekken blisters.
I haven't had a console for some time, but I do have a bit of a callus on my right index finger from the mouse. Maybe it's time I got a decent mouse.
I never got a blister or anything from playing a game too long, even from those old PC joysticks.

Golfing, however, gave me tons of blisters even wearing those golf gloves and practicing proper form. Thank God I only did Golf in HS for a class credit. The only other thing in life that ever has really given me blisters is pushing the lawn mower (since I always did that without gloves) but I got used to that since it was summer.

Technically I may have gotten blisters from playing American Football, but those were the least of my worries when playing that and I probably never noticed. I'd end up with more scratches and bruises playing that.
