Yay for your son being recovered!
Mine (nearly 14 months) was completely amazed by the masses of snow this morning. He sat at the window talking excitedly in baby language non-stop.

I'm in for Sid Meier's Civilization V.

My most amazing holiday memory is from my early childhood when my parents (with the help of a neighbour) managed to make me believe that Santa REALLY had come:
That year I was intent on checking where the toys came from and so I played in the living room keeping a close eye on the tree. When it was time to eat (in the kitchen) I made sure that I was the last person to leave the room and that it was locked.
After dinner I took the key out of my pocket, opened the door and... the presents were lying under the tree!
(A neighbour had climbed over the balcony, opened the balcony door with a spare key and had put the presents there.)

Not in, but what the Hell.

My family renting a small bowling center (five 10 pin alleys) for Christmas Eve when I was 7 years old. Us kids knocked down pins and played with the pinball machines from 1 in the morning until we fell asleep.

EDIT: Sorry to hear your son was ill.

My most amazing holiday memory was seeing my two year old nephews face "light up" when he received his presents and just how overall ecstatic he was. Can't wait to see him again this year and make another amazing holiday memory.
Sid Meier's Civilization® V for steam =)

Well I remember when I was younger spending christmass in Germany with my family when I was younger. I do not have any particular reason as to why I remember it but it was just a great time and everyone was happy and having fun.
Thanks,I'm in for
- Sid Meier's Civilization® V
- SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition

Well, the beautiful holiday I ever lived was a christmas. I can't remember well because I was too young, but my parents bought me this

and they put it under the x-mas tree, saying that Santa Claus gift it to me. And well, I was plenty of joy and that day, for sure, I always waited for Santa Claus until I realized that were my parents.
Glad your son is feeling better!

I'd only like to enter for Carcassonne (GamersGate).

While growing up, just about every holiday celebration included a big family gathering usually with a meal and I enjoyed every one of them. I mainly remember the events more than any gift. While maybe not "amazing", they are memories that I cherish. A couple family members have passed on now making these memories more precious; memories of how I wish things could still be.
I'm in for:

Steam:
- Sid Meier's Civilization® V
- SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition

And my most memorable x-mas holiday was about 25 years ago when all of our family came to visit my grandmother and as I was a small kid I got a lot of attention there as well.
I'm infor Simcity 4
My best Holiday memory happened in 2005 when all my family reunited, even distant relatives.

A great holiday memory was when as a child we had a costume contest at school for the holiday, I was new at that school and for the first time I really entered a costume contest!
Mine was of an injured man, with plaster, some blood, scars and stuff hehe was pretty good but I didn't believe I'de win anything, and I actually won the first place! =)
In it for SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition on Steam and Lords of the Realm: Royal Edition on GOG

One of the best holiday memories I have is when a couple of years ago for new year, my whole family and all of my relatives came to the same place, so almost every relative I knew was there, it was amazing, granted, something similar is happening this Christmas but not on such a big scale

In any case, thanks for the giveaway
Count me in for Civ V or Lords of the Realm. Thanks and +1.

My most amazing holiday memory is when I was 5 years old and was sick. I had to be in hospital and was very afraid that I woudn't be home on X-mas and so no gifts for me. But in the end I was released from hospital the day before Christmas eve and received a lot of gifts. ;)
I am in for:
- Sid Meier's Civilization V
- SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition

One of the most amazing holidays I remmeber is the first time I went to the beach and I could see the grandness of the sea for the first time.

Thanks
My most amazing holiday memory is from 2003. I had met my now wife the year before but the holiday had been booked for ages before I had met her.

We went out on a 6am safari and the driver spotted some Gazelle up on the hill, then I noticed something moving to the left of the van we were in. It was 2 Cheetah stalking said Gazelle. We sat there watching the Cheetah for ages and the highpoint was one of them stopped and sat down right beside my window. I quietly opened the window and have now got the most beautiful photo of a Cheetah ever.

Unfortunately though some others on safari came hurtling over the brow of the hill in a jeep and scared the Gazelle off. Would have been amazing seeing the Cheetah running with them being the fastest animals on the earth. However, with the hunt not going as the Cheetah planned they did hang around for some awesome photo opportunities.

Thinking on this story I can still picture it in my head and the events of that day, it will be with me forever

Please count me in for SimCity 4 :)
I'm very much in for SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition.

Fond Christmasy memories always seem to have these guys in them (well, not these particular ones, ours are way better and more delicious, obviously). Eating the hell out of those and drinking mulled wine in front of a fireplace together with a couple of friends was probably the fondest memory I could remember.
